Troutdale Home Appreciation Rate: 16.3%

Troutdale and Gresham had the highest appreciation rates for the last 12 months, according to RMLS and the Portland, Oregon Real Estate Blog. Appreciation percents are based on a comparison of average price for the last 12 months with 12 months before.

6.4% - Beaverton, Aloha
6.1% - Northwest Washington County
5.2% - West Portland
3.8% - Tigard, Tualatin, Sherwood, Wilsonville
