Here is the text of an email I sent to Plaid Pantry this morning:
"I stopped by your Plaid Pantry store #137 at 257th and Columbia River Highway at 7:30 this morning. I purchased a Sunday Oregonian. While ringing up the sale, your clerk "Brandon" commented on the headline on the Oregonian front cover regarding President Trump. Brandon said, "The first 100 days... he should have been assassinated by now." I replied to him and said "excuse me?". Brandon then said "I suppose you voted for him". I said in response, "That's not how you should talk to customers.", and I left the store.
You have an employee, Brandon, who advocated for the assassination of the President of the United States. His statement goes far beyond any standard of decency for a citizen, not to mention as an employee of your company.
If Plaid Pantry believes for even one second I'm going to continue to stop at your stores and listen to this anarchist crap from your employees, you are sadly mistaken. Good luck with the future success of your company. Attached is a copy of the last receipt I will ever get from your stores."
