Parks And The Fools Who Ruin Them

Troutdale's Parks Department does a great job maintaining our parks and trails. Unfortunately, they frequently have to clean up the mess made by the usual idiots.

Look at these pictures from a few of our city parks. You can really get a sense of the pride of community these garbage/graffiti buffoons hold near and dear to their hearts. Nice people, those garbage/graffiti fools. Nice people.

Wouldn't it be great if we could return all the garbage to the original owner(s)? Wouldn't it be great if the graffiti could be cleaned up by the person(s) who created it? Ten seconds to spray on. Several hours to clean off. And how, exactly, do you clean graffiti from a tree?
