My sources tell me that Oregon Governor Ted Kulongoski has made it very clear to Oregon legislative elected officials representing East Multnomah County that he would never allow a NASCAR facility on the Reynolds site north of the Troutdale airport.This isn't surprising. Kulongoski's office gave NASCAR reps the freeze-out last year. To be fair, I have e-mailed his office to see if they will clarify his position.
