Port of Portland Approves Troutdale Industrial Park Sale To FedEx Ground

According to Oregonlive.com, the Port of Portland approved the sale of a 78 acre industrial park site in Troutdale to FedEx Ground. The sale is contingent on redevelopment of the industrial park by the Port of Portland and approval by Troutdale of the industrial subdivision. The sale price: $16.96 million.
