"The Multnomah County Board of Commissioners will be reassessing its options after the city of Gresham joined Troutdale in nixing a Sellwood Bridge funding plan. . . .City council members failed to make a motion on the intergovernmental agreement proposal on Tuesday, effectively killing it."
