The Gresham city attorney is resigning from her job April 7 as part of an agreement with her employer, the Gresham City Council, the city announced today. . .The separation agreement gives Bischoff six months' severance pay -- three more than are called for under the terms of her latest contract. The council agreed to the additional sum in exchange for Bischoff waiving any future legal claims against the city."
