Great News: No Drownings at Glen Otto or High Rocks Parks

From the Outlook online:
American Medical Response’s River Rescue team reported that no drownings took place between Memorial Day and Labor Day at two popular swimming areas for local residents. AMR’s River Rescue team stations lifeguards at Glenn Otto Park in Troutdale and at High Rocks Park in Gladstone during the summertime. This summer, the team responded to twice the number of medical calls than last year, according to Lucie Drum, spokeswoman for AMR. Drum said two to three lifeguards are on duty at usually at Glenn Otto.

Thank you AMR!!!!
