For a bunch of Troutdale politicians who have spent more than their share of time in meetings that went past midnight, The Troutdale city council / urban renewal agency has been setting speed records over the last few meetings.
Tonight's nine minute long urban renewal agency meeting had just one agenda item- a supplemental budget. Everyone votes yes, there's a motion to adjourn, and off we go.
Next week's city council work session should be a bit longer, and much more interesting. We'll be discussing the results of a survey of Troutdale voters that asked them their opinion on a potential new police station and/or city hall.
