Move over, Hollywood. According to city of Troutdale planning commission meeting minutes, approval is imminent for the "Troutdale Marketplace Film and Movie Studio".  The studio will occupy 38,000 square feet at Troutdale marketplace, formerly occupied by a church and a gymnastics school. These spaces were formerly occupied by the Troutdale Thriftway.
